數(shù)控螺旋立式內拉床簡介

數(shù)控內螺旋拉床主要應用于汽車、摩托車、農機、航空及工程機械等行業(yè)產(chǎn)品的內螺旋齒、螺線的加工制造。其加工尺寸和形狀位置精度高、效率高、操作維修方便、加工成本低且易實現(xiàn)自動化，數(shù)控內螺旋拉床的應用范圍日益廣泛，其工藝范圍也由一般的內孔和平面拉削擴展到較復雜的型面加工。

本機床采用FANUC伺服機械傳動，工作平穩(wěn)，能無級調速；機床的工作臺與主滑板為整體式，由伺服電機和滾珠絲桿帶動上、下移動實現(xiàn)拉削，機床在拉削運動Z軸上利用光柵尺，在旋轉運動C軸上使用雙蝸輪蝸桿和角度編碼器，有效保證了機床的運行精度，其工效可提高10倍以上。
